Elwood "Dick" Richardson Green III

Elwood Richardson Green III, (Dick) 72, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2016 at Care One, in Moorestown, New Jersey.
Mr. Green was born in West Chester, PA and raised in Kennett Square, PA. He was a graduate of Penn State University and is a life member of the Penn State University Alumni Association. He spent over 35 years living in Holland, PA where he was a teacher for the Centennial School District. He retired to Ellsworth, ME and recently moved to Delran, NJ. He was a swim coach, soccer coach and an avid Orchid grower. He was a father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alice C. Green Ter Haar and Elwood Richardson Green II. Dick is survived by his brother William P. Green (Gail) of Bar Harbor, ME, daughters Gayle Kristin Mann (Thomas) of Delran, NJ and Elizabeth Anne Green of Mt. Laurel, NJ, a nephew William P. Green Jr., a niece Mary Alice Green Avgiris and 3 grandchildren: Jonathan, Brandon and Ashleigh Mann.
The family would like to thank Care One at Moorestown as well as Moorestown Visiting Nurse Hospice for the excellent care he received in the last 2 months.
Family and friends are invited to attend his memorial service on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 11:00 AM at The Weber Funeral Home, 112 Broad Street, Riverton, NJ 08077.
